BY PLACING ORDERS AND MAKING PAYMENT, THE BUYER CONFIRMS HAVING READ AND ACCEPTED ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW.  Products supplied by SARMS KING Inc. (“Supplier”) will be used exclusively for scientific research purposes.

The products for sale here are SOLELY intended for laboratory and research use only.  Purposes not intended for Supplier’s products include, but are not limited to: in vitro, diagnostic, foods, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, commercial purposes, any general consumptive or recreational purpose, and any human or animal use or consumption.

Buyer acknowledges that the products purchased from Supplier have not been tested by Supplier for safety and efficiency in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, commercial or any other use.  Buyer represents and warrants to Supplier that Buyer will properly test and use any products purchased from Supplier and any materials produced from or with products purchased from Supplier in strict compliance with all applicable provincial and federal laws and regulations now and hereafter enacted.

Buyer acknowledges that products purchased from Supplier do not constitute a treatment, preventative or cure for any disease, disorder or abnormal physical state, including those referred to in Schedule A of the Food and Drugs Act of Canada, R.S.C., 1985, c. F-27.  Buyer covenants and agrees that products purchased from Supplier and any material produced with products from Supplier shall not be modified, advertised, labelled or sold as a treatment, preventative or cure for any disease, disorder or abnormal physical state, including those referred to in Schedule A of the said Food and Drugs Act.

Buyer realizes that since Supplier’s products are intended SOLELY for research purposes. They may be on the List of Toxic Substances pursuant to the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 or considered a hazardous product under the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS).  Buyer assumes responsibility to ensure the products purchased from Supplier are approved for use, if applicable.  Buyer has the responsibility to verify the hazards and to conduct any further research necessary to learn the hazards involved in using products purchased from Supplier.  Buyer has the responsibility for fully researching and complying with the provincial and federal statutes and regulations of their own place of residence or use of the products sold by Supplier, where such purchase or use may be illegal.

Criminal charges may be pursued under any or all of the foregoing statutes and regulations, or other laws in Buyer’s jurisdiction, against those who purchase goods for any reason contrary to the terms and conditions set out herein or to the laws in Buyer’s jurisdiction.  Buyer warrants and represents to Supplier that Buyer is a trained and licensed professional, scientist or researcher, is over the age of 18 years, and has read the aforesaid statutes, regulations and laws.

In no event shall Supplier or any of its affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, agents or employees be liable for special, incidental, compensatory or consequential damages whether in contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise.  Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Supplier, its present and future suppliers, agents, officers, directors shareholders and employees, as the case may be, from all claims, expenses, losses,  liability, damages and expenses, including legal fees and other costs of defending any action that Supplier may sustain or which may occur as a result of any claim of negligence or contract or other claims or theories of law by Buyer, his officers, partners, family members, agents, employees, customers or other persons, whether direct or indirect, in connection with the use of any product provided by Supplier.

All notices from www.SARMSKING.com to Buyer may be posted on Suppliers website and will be deemed delivered within ten (10) days after the date so posted.  Notices from Buyer to Supplier shall be made by e-mail, sent to the address provided on www.SARMSKING.com.  Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by Buyer to Supplier five (5) days after the date so transmitted.

At this time, SARMS KING Inc. ships merchandise to locations all over the globe. We offer domestic and international shipping through various carriers and methods. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

SARMS KING Inc. charges sales tax for products ordered on this website based on the applicable sales tax rate in the location to which the order is being shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once our product has left our facilities.  We do not make any exceptions to this policy.

If your order was made in error, please contact us at info@sarmsking.com within 24 hours of your initial order and we will cancel the order for you.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: Although the information on this Web site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed in this Web site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions.  SARMS KING Inc. and its advertisers each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide.  Any offer for any product or service made in the materials on this website is void where prohibited.

GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that the law of the Province of Ontario, Canada shall apply and both parties shall consent to the jurisdiction of said Province’s courts.  Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury.

MISCELLANEOUS: The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and SARMS KING Inc. with respect to this website and the products sold thereon.  The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and SARMS KING Inc.  No modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless it is authorized in writing by SARMS KING Inc.  If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be contrary to law, then such provision shall be constructed in a manner to closely reflect, as much as possible, the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.
